Opening Hours

Patients should note the following - Doors open - 8.00am - 6.00pm Telephone lines open - 8.30am - 6.00pm

Afternoon Closure - Wednesday 29th February 2012

The practice will close at 12.30pm on Wednesday 29th February 2012 for Protected Learning Time. If you require urgent advice or medical attention you should telephone 08454 24 24 24.

Public Holiday Closures 2012/13

The practice will be closed on the following dates - Friday 6th April, Monday 9th April, Monday 7th May, Monday 17th September, Tuesday 25th December, Wednesday 26th December, Tuesday 1st January and Wednesday 2nd January

Lunchtime Closure - Wed 1st Feb 2012, 1pm-2pm

The practice will close from 1pm to 2pm on the first Wednesday of every month for doctor and staff meetings. The next closure is Wednesday 1st February 2012.

Appointments

We would like our patients to be aware that we are currently experiencing a high demand for appointments. This is due to a variety of factors including our increasing patient list and the time of year. This means that you may have to wait a bit longer than normal for a routine pre-bookable appointment. However, we are offering an increased number of "on-the-day" appointments which are released daily at 8.30am. If the matter is urgent and you are having difficulty making an appointment, please ask to speak to the Duty Doctor. We also have a high "did not attend" rate where patients have failed to attend or cancel their appointment. Please help us by cancelling your appointment at the earliest opportunity if you are not able to attend. Thank you for your co-operation.
